E-mail connection - Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)

Connect your Outlook account to HubSpot

We're now going to connect your personal business email with your HubSpot account.

This will enable you to send e-mails with your personal business e-mail address directly from the Hubspot solution.

To do this, from the HubSpot interface :


  • Click on the cogwheel at top right to access the settings.


  • In the left-hand side menu, go to General.
  • Click on the E-mail tab.
  • Click on Connect personal email.




    • Click on Turn on inbox automation.
  • Click on Connect your inbox.


  • In the text field, enter your personal business e-mail address, then click Next.

  • HubSpot will try to recommend the email provider you should connect with.

    • If this corresponds to your professional email provider, click on Connect to [email provider name]

  • If this doesn't correspond to your professional email provider, click on I want to choose my email provider myself and then select your email provider.

 

To connect your Microsoft Outlook email (Office 365 version) to HubSpot: 

  • Click on Continue.

 

  • A list summarizing the interactions between HubSpot and Outlook appears. Scroll to the bottom of the list and accept by clicking Yes.

  • Your e-mail is now connected to your HubSpot account. A window with a confirmation message appears. You will then be able to download the HubSpot extension.
