Account creation and use of the customer portal
Create your customer portal account.
You will receive an e-mail like the one below. Please click on the "Create my password" button to create your account.
You have now created your account and can access the customer portal.
View your support tickets and their progress.
You can view all your support tickets and their status by clicking on "View tickets". This will take you to a page with an overview of your tickets, their creation dates, their last activity dates, as well as their statuses.
When you click on a ticket, you'll have access to the conversation flow linked to that particular ticket.
