Download the HubSpot mobile app on Android devices
The HubSpot mobile app lets you use HubSpot's CRM tools on the move. It can be installed on iOS devices (running iOS 15 or later) or Android devices (running Android 8 or later).
Step 1 : Download the app.
- From the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices ), or by scanning the QR code below :
- Install HubSpot mobile application (Android):
- Open the Play Store from Google on your device.
- Search for the HubSpot (CRM & Sales) application, then press Install to download and install the application.
- Press Open or open the HubSpot application on your device.

- Enter your HubSpot credentials and press "Connect".
Step 2 : Manage your application settings.
- On Android, press More in the lower navigation menu. Then press Settings.
Step 3 : Make sure your application is always up to date.
- Android automatic update: On your device, click on Google Play Store > tap on your profile icon > Settings > Network Preferences > Automatic app update.
- Manual Android update :
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Press the three horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
- Press My apps & games.
- In the Updates menu, press Update next to the HubSpot application.
Step 4 : Enable notifications.
Notifications on Android :
- Open your device settings.
- Press Applications > HubSpot > Application Notifications or Notifications.
- Make sure that the Activate or Show notifications switch is activated, or that the Block switch is deactivated..
- If you still don't receive notifications, activate them in the application itself:
- Open the HubSpot application on your device
- In the lower navigation menu, press More.
- Press Settings.
- Press Notifications, then activate notifications accordingly.
