Download the mobile app on iOS devices

The HubSpot mobile app lets you use HubSpot's CRM tools on the move. It can be installed on iOS devices (running iOS 15 or later) or Android devices (running Android 8 or later).


Step 1 : Download the app. 


  • From the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices ), or by scanning the QR code below :


  • Install the HubSpot mobile application (iOS)
    • Open the App Store on your device.
    • Search for the HubSpot application, then press Get to download and install the application.
    • Press Open or open the HubSpot application on your device.
    • A "HubSpot would like to send you notifications" prompt will appear. If you want the HubSpot application to send you notifications, you must allow the push notifications
    • Enter your HubSpot credentials and press "Connect". 

 

Step 2 : Manage your application settings. 

  • On iOS, tap Menu in the bottom navigation menu. Then, at the bottom of the left sidebar, tap the account name.

 

 

Step 3 : Make sure your application is always up to date. 

  • Automatic iOS update: On your iPhone, click Settings > App Store > App Updates. Touch to activate the App Updates switch.

 

  • Manual iOS update : 
    • Open the App Store.
    • Tap on your profile icon at the top of the screen. 
    • Scroll down to see current updates and release notes. Press Update next to the HubSpot application to update it to the latest version.

 

Step 4 : Enable notifications. 

Notifications on iOS : 

  • When starting up with the HubSpot application, a "HubSpot would like to send you notifications" prompt will appear. Press Authorize.
  • You can also activate notifications at any time by accessing the application settings, then selecting Notifications > HubSpot.
  • Press to activate the Allow notifications option, then customize notification sounds and alerts.

  • If you still don't receive notifications, activate them in the application itself : 
    • Open the HubSpot application on your device.
    • Press Menu, then the Settings icon in the left-hand sidebar.
    • Press Notifications, then activate notifications based on tool-specific events.
