Add your e-mail signature
Once your e-mail is connected to your HubSpot account, you can add your e-mail signature so that it is visible when you send e-mails from HubSpot.
From the same email settings page, click on Edit email signature.
- A window appears in which you can configure your electronic signature. Here you can add your e-mail signature and use the formatting and image insertion tools (e.g. to add your logo) in the orange-framed sidebar in the screenshot below.
- Then click Save to finalize your signature configuration.
